All sales of digital products, tangible products and on-site courses or services are final, and no refunds are available. Tiger Institute, LLC (herein "We, "the Company or "Tiger) may choose to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
Digital download sales are final, and no refunds will be granted on the basis of quality of content, failure of completion quiz, or non-accreditation of material. We may, on a case-by-case basis and at Tiger's sole discretion, provide refunds in certain cases, such as but not limited to:
- A defective digital file
- A misleading product description
As the buyer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the proper computer hardware or software to use the product which you are purchasing. You are responsible for ensuring that the material is appropriate for your needs including but not limited to: your job responsibilities, your ability to pay for the product, any professional organizations that you belong to, or any continuing education credits that you require for professional certifications.
If you purchase a product that is accredited with an organization you are not affiliated with, you may request to exchange that product with one from an organization that you are affiliated with. Any difference in the purchase price will be your responsibility to pay and based upon the price of the originally purchased product at the time it was purchased. Refunds will not be granted in an exchange. If no such product is available, and you do not wish to exchange your product for another that is available, you will be requested to destroy the unwanted material and a refund will be granted to you in the form of store credit.

NOTICE FOR CANCELLATION OF ACCREDITED CONTINUING EDUCATION MATERIALS
All accredited materials require successful completion of a post-test to receive the completion certificate. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be granted for any course in which the post-test has been submitted, whether it has been passed or failed.
If you cancel, exchange or return your purchase of material accredited with any continuing medical education organization, you will not be eligible to use that material for continuing education credits with that organization or any organization which accepts those credits. Professional organizations do check attendance to ensure validity of credits reported. Your attendance or completion of a course will be denied for any courses that you have cancelled, exchanged or returned for store credit. Tiger Institute, LLC is not responsible for any actions resulting from incorrectly or mistakenly reporting credits to professional organizations.
You are responsible for keeping a record of any credits you have earned. We do not keep a record of which accredited materials you have passed, failed, or earned credits for.
To be eligible for a return of a tangible product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to receive a full refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds of Tangible Products (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, and you think that you should have, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account to be sure that the refund has not been deposited.
- Contact your credit card company. Note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. Your deposit may be pending. Your bank will be able to give you information on any pending deposits.
If you have gone through all of these steps and are unable to find any information on your expected refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced tangible items are eligible for refunds or exchanges. Discounted or sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace tangible items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item and a copy of your original purchase receipt to: 3252 Aspen Grove Dr. Ste. 12 Franklin Tennessee USA 37067.
To return a tangible product, you should mail your product to: 3252 Aspen Grove Dr. Ste. 12 Franklin Tennessee USA 37067.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund except exchanges for defective or damaged products, for which shipping costs will be covered by The Tiger Institute.
Any items that we ship to you as the result of an exchange for defective or damaged goods will be shipped via Ground service. If you wish to upgrade or expediate your return shipping services or choose a different carrier, you will be responsible for the cost of the upgrade minus Ground service costs of the original carrier as quoted by the shipping company.
We recommend that you use delivery confirmation/tracking and insurance on any shipments you send to Tiger. We do not guarantee that your package will be received by us and Tiger Institute, LLC is not responsible for items lost in shipping and will not refund the purchase price of any returned items which were not received.
